Anaeo carries the commercial risk on every engagement. Our clients only pay when value is delivered, so we take the uncertainty on ourselves. That doesn’t mean we do every piece of work ourselves.
We partner with specialist firms and independent practitioners who are excellent at what they do and would rather be paid well for doing it than carry the risk of whether a client sees a return.
How it works
We find and frame the opportunity. We originate the client relationship, build the view of the value available, and agree the baseline and success measures with the client.
We hold the commercial risk. The client contracts with Anaeo on a value-based fee. If the value doesn’t arrive, that’s our loss, not yours.
You deliver, at a fair fixed rate. We engage you on an agreed fixed fee for a clearly defined piece of work. You’re paid on the agreed terms, regardless of how the client’s fees ultimately land.
We work as one team. We stay involved throughout, so the client experiences a single, coordinated engagement and you can focus on the work you do best.
