Who we are
Anaeo is a small, independent firm built on a simple idea: clients should only pay for value that’s actually delivered. We provide value creation services, helping organisations improve profit and use their capital more efficiently, and our fees depend entirely on the results we produce.
That model shapes everything about how we work. We don’t sell hours, we don’t pad projects, and we don’t measure people by how busy they look.
Who you are
You care more about outcomes than activity. You can look at a business from the outside and form a point of view, then hold that view with confidence and change it when the evidence says so.
You’re comfortable with numbers and can explain what they mean to someone who isn’t. You’d rather make one change that sticks than a dozen recommendations that sit in a drawer. And you like the idea of working somewhere your contribution is visible in the results, not hidden in a timesheet.
We don’t hire for pedigree. We hire for judgment, clarity and follow-through.
What it’s like to work here
Results over hours. Our clients pay for outcomes, so that’s how we measure our own work. Nobody counts the hours you sit at a desk.
Small teams, real responsibility. You’ll work close to the client and close to the result. There’s no layer of people between your work and what it achieves.
Opinions welcome. We’re paid for judgment, so we expect you to have a view and to argue for it well.
Plain dealing. We tell clients the truth, including when we’re not the right fit. We do the same with each other.
